LOVATO Sequential CNG Kits are designed for petrol cars that can run on bifuel, allowing you to save up to 60% on fuel costs. The LOVATO Exr Blue CNG Kit is suitable for nearly 95% of MPFI vehicles.
Our prices are among the most reasonable in the market for Italian-imported CNG kits, especially as many Indian-made brands are now offering Chinese ECUs, which can be likened to purchasing a Chinese mobile phone.

I have retrofitted Lovato ExR Blue Sequential Kit for my Hyundai Verna on 13th January 2023. At that time, Advance Timing Processor (ATP) fixed was of Motozen. In April 2026, the ATP was changed to TA. On 20th May back to Motozen. Would like to know which ATP is best for this kit, as ignition is very slow. –
Dear Philip,
Regarding your Hyundai Verna fitted with the Lovato ExR Blue Sequential CNG Kit, the ignition response issue is generally related to the tuning and compatibility of the Advance Timing Processor (ATP).
As per industry experience, a Dynamic ATP system usually performs better on Hyundai engines because CNG requires proper ignition advance for smoother pickup and better throttle response.
Both Motozen and TA are commonly used ATP brands. However, many Hyundai vehicles tend to perform better with properly calibrated TA Dynamic ATP systems due to improved timing mapping and faster response. At the same time, a correctly tuned Motozen ATP can also provide good performance if calibration, reducer pressure, spark plugs, and ignition system are all in proper condition.
Slow ignition or delayed pickup can also occur due to:
• Incorrect ATP mapping/tuning
• Worn spark plugs or weak ignition coils
• Incorrect spark plug gap
• Reducer pressure fluctuation
• Injector calibration issues
We recommend checking the complete tuning setup along with ignition components before finalizing the ATP preference.
Thank you.
